High current probe for measuring currents from 150 µA...+10,200 A. Automatic sample recognition.

Features

  • The measuring shunt is mounted directly into the circuit via mounting lugs (BF1 - M6, BF2 & BF3 - M8).
  • For applications up to 480 A continuous current (depending on design)
  • High precision shunt based current measurement for quiescent and operating currents
  • Automatic probe detection (TEDS like)

Version

  • Dimension BF1: 20/17,5/15 mm (L/W/H)
  • Dimension BF2: 28/27,5/20 mm (L/W/H)
  • Dimension BF3: 57/31,5/20,5 mm (L/W/H)

Construction

  • Measuring resistor in BF1 or BF2 version with mounting lugs (temperature range -40...+130 °C)
  • Memory chip for PROBE identification and calibration data (similar to TEDS)
  • Data cable = L2 (1...5 m) with 6-pin push-pull connector

Schaltbild

Please note that the permitted continuous current is smaller than the measuring range.
For more information, please refer to the data sheet.

Application

  • Current measurements of high current consumers in vehicles or on test benches

Scope of Delivery

  • HI-PROBE
  • Factory calibration certificate (DAkkS optional)

Accessories

  • LV-Probe extension cable
  • Battery connection cable set with pole terminals
